Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how refund requests and payment returns work for VPNHO subscriptions. Requests, supporting information, and outcomes are recorded in support tickets in the user panel, making it easier to track the same order throughout the process.
Eligibility and the refund window
You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Eligibility is checked against the first payment recorded on your account. Submit a support ticket within this window and keep a record of your submission. You do not need to prove that a route failed or explain why you no longer use the service.
Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently, so specify which order you want reviewed. Data packages do not expire; this refers to the validity of the data, not an unlimited refund request window. If your request involves a renewal, duplicate payment, or upgrade, list each relevant order separately. These orders do not automatically reopen the refund window for your first payment.
Eligible and ineligible cases
Within the stated window, a verifiable first-payment order is eligible for a full refund for any reason. Having connected to a route or used a plan normally should not, by itself, be grounds for refusing a refund. This policy does not impose unpublished thresholds for data usage, connection count, or number of devices.
Orders outside the request window are not covered by the full-refund commitment above. Unpaid, canceled, or already-refunded orders have no payment to return again. Payment errors or duplicate charges should be submitted for review as billing issues, separately from service experience concerns.
Unusual usage beyond plan limits or account activity that may violate the terms of service requires an individual review of the order and account records; use of the service alone does not determine the outcome. The explanation of any decision should identify the relevant facts and terms. If there is an issue with your account status, you can also provide more information through an existing support ticket.
How to request a refund
Sign in to the user panel and go to Support Tickets. State that you are requesting a refund and provide the order number, plan name, payment method, and payment date. If more than one order is involved, list the payment to be reviewed for each one so that renewals or upgrades are not mixed into a single request.
If the panel and payment records do not match, you can provide proof of payment. Include the amount and transaction identifier needed for verification, and redact unrelated personal information. Do not send passwords, subscription links, or wallet private keys in a ticket. No email address is required, and you can check your request status in the panel.
After reviewing your request, support will explain the outcome in the ticket. If information is missing, the team will specify what is needed. Reply in the same ticket to keep the context together; there is no need to open multiple tickets for the same request.
Refund methods and payment differences
Payments made through Alipay or WeChat Pay are generally returned through the original transaction channel. If the original transaction cannot be refunded through that channel, explain why in the ticket and confirm an available return method first. You should not be asked to pay an additional fee to receive a refund.
USDT refunds work differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds. The original payment record, receiving address, and applicable network must be checked. Before submitting an address, make sure the details match; do not assume every address or network can receive the funds. Any differences involving the refund amount, network fees, or other handling must be explained and confirmed before processing, and must not be used as a basis for undisclosed deductions.
Checking receipt and following up
Accepting a refund request, initiating the refund, and receiving the funds are separate steps. The time it takes depends on the payment channel or on-chain processing. This policy does not promise an unconfirmed fixed arrival time. Check both the support ticket updates and the receipt record from the original payment channel.
If you have been told that a refund was initiated but it has not arrived, add proof of payment and the current status to the original ticket so support can investigate further. Subscription benefits and account status after a refund are determined by the handling notes for the relevant order and the records in the panel.
For plan billing, see Plan Pricing. For account usage rules, see the Terms of Service. If you have questions about a refund decision, identify the order or the basis for the decision and follow up through the support ticket.
