Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNHO marketing website, user panel, and international route subscriptions. It explains what data is used to provide accounts, process billing, and troubleshoot issues, as well as how users can manage that data. Data handling on third-party payment pages and other external services is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Account Data and How It Is Used

VPNHO accounts can be created with a username and password, without an email address; the signup process does not require one. Account data is used to verify identity, maintain subscription entitlements, and process account actions. Passwords are stored in a protected form suitable for verification and are not used by customer support to confirm identity.

Order records include the selected plan, transaction status, payment reference information, and refund outcomes. They are used to confirm service delivery, reconcile accounts, and resolve disputes. Device details, error messages, and issue descriptions voluntarily submitted in support tickets are used only to handle the relevant request. Before submitting screenshots, please hide passwords, login credentials, and complete subscription links.

No-Logs Policy and Operational Data

VPNHO follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit through its routes, store browsing content, access destinations, or detailed DNS queries, or retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's activity. Subscription traffic accounting and browsing history are different categories of data.

Temporary operational status needed to process a connection is used only while that connection is being handled and is not kept as an individual's connection history afterward. Service maintenance uses aggregated operational information. Cumulative account traffic is used to check plan balances and reset cycles and does not include access destinations. Troubleshooting relies first on error information users choose to provide, rather than collecting browsing history.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Site Analytics

The user panel uses local storage to save login status and language preferences, avoiding repeated verification when navigating between pages. Cookies, when used to maintain sessions or measure site visits, serve only those functions. Treat login credentials stored in your browser as sensitive account data, and sign out after using a shared device.

Marketing site analytics help us understand page views, referral sources, and feature clicks. They are not used to record browsing activity on subscription routes. Analytics are limited to site usage information such as page paths, referral categories, browser environment, and interaction events, and should not include passwords, login credentials, or subscription addresses.

You can use your browser settings to restrict cookies or clear data stored by this site. Doing so may require you to log in again or reselect your preferences. Clearing browser data does not also delete account and order records stored on the server.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

VPNHO supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment services, which may collect transaction and settlement data under their own policies. VPNHO uses the transaction reference, amount, and payment status needed to confirm an order. Users are not asked to provide payment passwords in customer support tickets.

Account data is not sold or exchanged. When data processing is entrusted to others to complete payment, deliver services, or perform necessary maintenance, it is limited to what those tasks require. Where disclosure is legally required, data is handled only to the extent required by applicable rules; this does not expand routine data collection.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained while the account remains active and for as long as needed to provide subscriptions. Order and refund data is retained for as long as needed for settlement, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Support ticket data is deleted or de-identified after the issue has been resolved and any necessary review is complete. Website analytics are primarily retained as aggregated results; raw data is kept only as long as needed to complete analysis and troubleshooting.

To access, correct, or delete account data, log in to the user panel and submit a request through customer support tickets. VPNHO will first verify account ownership and explain what data can be deleted. Deleting an account may affect subscription access. Transaction data that must be retained will be restricted to its required purpose, and the basis for retention will be explained when the request is handled.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

VPNHO will update this page and its last-updated month when data purposes, processing methods, or user rights change. Important changes will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where a new purpose requires separate consent, updating this policy does not replace that process.

Privacy questions and data requests are handled through user panel tickets. Please describe the data category involved and the action you are requesting; there is no need to submit personal data unrelated to your request. For service use and refund rules, see the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
