User panel support tickets

For issues that require checking your account, order, or connection, sign in and open a ticket. Add information and check replies in the same ticket.

Response times: Check your ticket for updates. Resolution time depends on the queue, issue complexity, and whether the information provided is complete. No fixed response time is guaranteed.

Email and Telegram

VPNHO has not published a support email address or Telegram contact. Please use the user panel ticket system, and don’t share account or order details through unverified channels.

Neither channel currently accepts support requests, and no response time is available. You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required.

Gather the details before submitting

You don’t need to diagnose the cause first. Describe what happened, where it happened, and what you’ve tried. This is more helpful than simply saying “I can’t connect.”

Connection and app access

Include your platform, client name, selected region and route type, and roughly when the issue occurred. Say whether the client cannot connect or connects but can’t access the app you need.

Include the error message or a screenshot, and list what you’ve tried, such as updating the subscription, switching routes, or using another network. If only one app is affected, mention whether other apps work.

Plans, payments, and refunds

Include the plan or data package involved, the order status, and what you’d like checked. If the status hasn’t updated after payment, add the order number and a screenshot of the payment record. Share only what’s needed for verification.

VPNHO offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, state your request and the relevant order in your ticket. See the refund policy for details.

Adding details and following up

For the same issue, continue in the original ticket so the troubleshooting history stays together. Add updates there if a new message appears, switching routes changes the issue, or the connection starts working again.

After submitting, return to the user panel to check for replies. If more information is needed, answer each question in the reply. Resubmitting the same details won’t replace the information requested.
